Three New Attorneys Join Katz Korin Cunningham Team

Chris Dilworth has joined Katz Korin Cunningham as a member of the Real Estate team. Prior to joining the Firm, Chris was a real estate attorney in Miami and Naples, Fla., most recently serving as a deputy prosecutor with the Marion County Prosecutor’s office. He is a licensed realtor® in Indiana and Florida and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Dilworth has a B.S. in public and environmental affairs from Indiana University, and earned his J.D. from the Maurer School of Law at Indiana University Bloomington.

 

Rachel Johnson has joined Katz Korin Cunningham as a member of the Health Care Practice Group. Prior to joining the Firm, Rachel worked as a Domestic Relations Mediator for the Johnson County ADR Project and as a Team Lead Attorney for the Marion County Public Defender Agency. Johnson has a B.S. in business from Miami University and her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law. Rachel volunteers her time as a Mock Trial Judge with the IUPUI mock trial program.

 

Brooke Smith is the newest member of the Katz Korin Cunningham Litigation Practice Group with a focus on business and employment litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, Brooke practiced in diverse areas of law including complex federal litigation, civil rights, criminal law, family law, administrative law, and personal injury law. Smith has a B.A. in political science with a minor in economics from Indiana University’s Columbus campus and earned her J.D. from Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Brooke volunteers her time with the Women’s Fund, OPTIONS 18 and is a current Sage Society Member.
